2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, on servers in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). When you visit, the server automatically processes your IP address, date and time, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This is technically required for secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the data is deleted after 7 days. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
3. Cookies and web analytics
Technically necessary storage: your choice in the cookie notice is saved in your browser’s local storage (key “dz-consent”) so the notice does not appear on every page (§ 25(2) TDDDG). No fonts are loaded from third parties.
Web analytics with your consent: only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice do we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This tells us which pages are visited and how visitors reach the website. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that are stored for up to 2 years; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
Without your consent nothing is loaded from Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. More information: Google’s privacy policy, policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Contact form and email
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, phone number if given and your message in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or your consent under (a)). Form data is not stored on the website but sent by email, and deleted once the enquiry is settled and no retention obligations apply.
5. Orders and payment processing
When you place an order, we process your name, email address, billing address, company and VAT ID (if provided) and the products ordered to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet tax and commercial retention obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, generally 10 years). Order data is stored in this website’s database.
Payment is handled by payment providers: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) or Wise Payments Limited. Payment data (e.g. card number, wallet data) is processed directly by the payment provider; we only receive information about the payment status. The Stripe payment form (js.stripe.com) is loaded only when you open the payment step, and your IP address is transmitted to Stripe. If you withdraw, we store your statement (name, email, order number, time) as evidence (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar.
