Automatic monitoring of changes on the client’s and competitors’ websites
A tool that regularly checks 280 pages and shows every change to URL, title, description, text and headings on a timeline – for your own site and for competitors.
- Client: SEO project
- Service: Automation
The task
In SEO projects it matters what changes on the pages: whether someone rewrote titles or headings, cut texts or changed URLs – on your own site and on competitors’ sites. Checking that by hand across hundreds of pages is impossible.
The solution
- regular crawling of the client’s and competitors’ pages
- comparing each version with the previous one: URL, title, description, text, headings H1–H6
- a timeline with every check and the number of changes by type
- filters by type of change and search by URL or text
Result
- since 3 December 2025, 280 pages have been under automatic monitoring
- from 29 October to 3 November 2026, 401 changes were captured: 284 to headings, 113 to text, 4 to URLs
- you see at once when and where something changed – and can react to competitors’ changes before they show in rankings

Editor approval of specialist texts: questions, answers and corrections done automatically
Specialist articles for a clinic website have to be confirmed by the client’s expert. A bot asks the questions in chat, collects answers as text, voice notes or images and applies the corrections to the texts.
Direct access to Google Search Console: all data, warnings and issues imported automatically
Instead of manual exports, the system gets its own read access to the client’s Search Console and fetches search data, errors and warnings on its own.
